We guarantee that we always sell 100% authentic and fresh tea in vacuum-sealed packs to ensure the aroma, freshness, and flavor of the tea are retained for your enjoyment.

However, in the rare event of an error on our side, such as delivering the wrong tea or improper packaging, you can contact us for a return and refund. While such situations are highly unlikely, we understand that humans are prone to errors. We will correct any such situation by issuing you a full refund or replacement.

To avoid situations where the flavor of any tea you ordered does not suit your taste, we recommend ordering and trying the sample pack first before placing a larger order. Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are not personally liked by you.

Situations for Returns Acceptance

We accept returns and refunds for tea, gifts, and teaware only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive a different item than what you ordered, please contact us via phone or email. We will arrange for the product to be returned and replaced. Returns must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Damaged Item Delivered: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us via phone or email. We will arrange for the product to be returned and issue a full refund or replacement.
